In other words to decide what will be the manufacturing material, where the factory will be and what location of the warehouse. I would think the small business would be at an advantage because of cost of having a warehouse, less material than the large business. The smaller companies would still have some form of resources, they just wouldnt have to worry so much aboutbigger purchases like the larger companies. I hope I answered this DB right? 4, I believe that marketing professionals care about and participate in supply chain decisions because theses important decisions reflect directly on the products/services that the marketing professionals are attempting to sell. Decisions made by the supply chain personnelinclude; product development, manufacturing and logistics. All of these factors effect the cost of the goods sold which in turn can play an important role in the strategic marketing plan set forth by marketing professionals. I believe that it is important for marketing professionals to be in tune with what supply chain personnelare working on mainly because it effects what marketing technique will be most effective in selling the products or services at hand. 5, I have never worked on a high-performance team, but I would imagine that a positive organizational climate is important to maintain and continuously improve on. It is important to work in a supportive environment; working in a supportive environment will increase productivity among the team. Organization Culture within a team with set the climate of an organization. Making sure your team knows what the values and beliefs of the organization and be sure to know they have shared beliefs will lead to a positive organizational climate within the team. 6, I worked for a high-performing team when I went to play for another band.The band had a comfort level in their communication.From songwriting to marketing ideas,each band member felt comfortable to express their ideas and criticisms as well as accept constructive criticisms from others.Each person involved was held accountable for certain projects they undertook.We were also good friends that hung out outside of practice and shows.I think the overall camaraderiehelped with the dynamic success as well.
